Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fresh Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2-3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Method-
Wash and peel the carrots, cut them lengthwise to be about 1/2 inch thick. Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss the carrots in the glaze thoroughly in a large bowl.
Spray a 9×13 pan and arrange the carrots along with the glaze so that they are a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes, carrots should be tender but not mushy. Turn the carrots about halfway though. Serve and enjoy!
