Nick’s Picks: Honey Lime Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 6oz Salmon Filet
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- Zest of one Lime
- Sea Salt
Method-
Remove skin from the salmon. Rub with a pinch of salt. Transfer to a pan lined with tin foil and sprayed well.
Warm honey in a small pot and add zest. Brush over each salmon. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Salmon should be cooked to 145 degrees internally.
