1 Stick of Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Maple Syrup
Method:
Core and half the apples
In a medium sauce pot, melt the butter. Add the syrup and brown sugar. Mix and bring to a low boil for about 5 minutes
Coat the apples in the syrup and bake at 350 degrees cut side up for 15 minutes. Then turn the apples and cook 5 minutes cut side down.
Top with any additional syrup left over. Serve with vanilla ice cream if you’d like!
