Nick’s Picks: Spicy Noodle Cup
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Chicken
- 1/2 Pound Fettuccine
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 3 Quarts of Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Chili Paste
Method-
Break the pasta in half and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Bring the stock, sriracha, garlic and garlic paste to a simmer. Cool down the stock.
In a quart mason jar, layer chicken, frozen veggies and noodles. Ladle in the stock and refrigerate.
Pop it in the microwave for a quick and delicious lunch with a little kick!
With a little time the night before, you can make this delicious lunch to take with you the next day!
