Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

  •  1 Pound Ground Italian Sausage
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 15 oz Whole Milk Ricotta
  • 2 Eggs
  • About 4 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella, Divided
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Pounds Frozen Cheese Ravioli
  • 2 24 oz jars Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan

Method-

Brown the sausage in a large skillet and break the meat up into fine pieces, sautee the garlic with the meat for 2-3 minutes and drain the grease. Set aside.

Combine the ricotta, eggs, seasoning and about 1/2 cup of mozz. Set aside

Spray a 9×13 pan and pour in 1/2 a cup of marinara on the bottom to coat. Line the bottom of the pan with frozen ravioli. Top with 1/3 of the ricotta, 1/3 of the sausage and 1 cup of mozzarella. Repeat two more times to make three layers. Top with additional mozz and parm.

Bake at 275 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
