Sticky Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fresh Chicken Tenders, Raw
- 1 Pound Regular Sliced Bacon
- Freshly Cracked Pepper
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
Method-
Wrap each piece of chicken in around two slices of bacon, overlapping the bacon as you wrap. Season with pepper. Heat a large skillet and brown the bacon on all sides. Transfer to a 9 in square baking pan.
Melt the butter and sautee the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper flakes and cook for another minute before adding in the maple syrup, Dijon and chili powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
Brush the chicken with the glaze generously and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, brushing once more half way through. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove from the oven and brush once more. Serve and enjoy!
