Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Pork Loin
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple Cored and Sliced Thin
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Powdered Garlic
  • Dash of Pepper and Paprika

Method-

Slice the pork width-ways but not all the way through. Make many slices and insert the apple slices. Top with seasoning. Place springs of rosemary on top.

Cook in a slow cooker for 4 hours on high, or 7 hours on low. Remove and slice and serve!
