Nick’s Picks: Honey Chipotle Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- Juice from one Lime
- 1 Tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 1/2 Pounds Flank Steak
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Method-
Combine chipotle peppers, vinegar, garlic, salt and sugar in a food processor or blender. Pulse until combined and smooth. Add lime juice, Montreal Seasoning, and chili powder. Pour over meat and turn to coat. Marinate for at least 24 hours. Drizzle with honey before cooking. Grill on each side on high for 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook since flank steak is notoriously tough! Slice thin and serve!
Great addition to salads or all by itself!
