• 20 oz bag frozen shredded potatoes
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 2-3 scallions chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic

Method-

Combine all ingredients. Spray hot waffle iron very well. Scoop mixture into waffle iron and close. Cook until golden brown
