Nick’s Picks: Bacon And Spinach Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Crispy Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Method-

Scramble the eggs until very smooth. Add rest of ingredients.

Spray 6 muffin cups with pan release and our in the egg mixture. Top with extra cheddar if desired.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
