Nick’s Picks: Maple Pecan Pork Chops

Ingredients

A taste of the season!

  • 1 Pound Pork Loin (sliced thin for chops)
  • About 2 Cups Finely chopped Pecans
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Method-

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until scrambled and add the salt and pepper to taste

Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil

Coat the pork chops in the eggs and dredge them into the pecans, completely covering them. Place in pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes being careful not to burn the chops.

In a small pan, melt together the butter and syrup. Drizzle over plated pork chops and serve!
