Nick’s Picks: You Can Fix Christmas Soda Ham
Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Ham
- Cloves
- 3 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Dijon
- 1 Can Root Beer
Method-
Score ham, place cloves all over. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2-2 1/2 Hours
Combine Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Mustard and Soda Simmer or 15-20 minutes.
Remove ham from oven.
Brush the ham with glaze.
Bake for 30 more minutes (uncovered).
Brush again.
Bake for 30 more minutes (uncovered) (again).
Serve!
