Nick’s Picks: You Can Fix Iced Cafe Mocha
Ingredients
- About 2 cups of ice
- 3 Cups of milk
- 4 cups of brewed coffee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- ½ Chocolate syrup
- Chocolate shavings
- 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Powdered sugar
Method-
Bring the coffee, sugar, corn syrup and chocolate syrup up to a boil in a sauce pot so that the sugars dissolve. Cool.
Combine ice and milk in blender and blend on med-high until smooth. Add coffee mixture and blend until mixed.
With a hand mixer, beat whipped cream and powdered sugar in a stainless bowl until stiff peaks form.
Pour the iced mocha into glasses, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
