Clark Wood Elementary School of Elkland, PA hosts the Valley Youth Shoe Bank Saturday, February 8 from 9:30am-12pm. Each child must be present and currently live in the Northern Tioga School District only to receive a new pair of sneakers. For further information call 570-418-5192.
