Ingredients

  • 2 Containers Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1/4 Pound Thin Sliced Salami
  • 1/4 Pound Thin Sliced Capicola
  • 1/4 Pound Thin Sliced Pepeproni
  • 1/4 Pound Sliced Porvolone
  • 1/4 Pound Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced thin
  • 1 Small Jar Sliced Banana Peppers, Drained well
  • 1 Small Bunch Fresh Basil
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Italian Seasonings

Method-

Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray and unroll one of the crescent roll packages. Place on the bottom of the pan and pinch together any perforations. Top with meats, cheeses, banana peppers and basil. Unroll the second crescent roll dough and place it over the top, again pinching together any perforations. Brush on olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper along with the parm and Italian seasonings.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into 8 squares and serving
