Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers, Diced
- 1 Cup Water
- 8oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
- Hamburger Rolls
Method-
Place the chicken in a slow cooker and top it with the peppers and garlic. Cover with water and cook on high for 2-3 hours. Drain the liquid and place the chicken along with the peppers and garlic in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer or place in a stand mixer to pull the chicken into shreds. Add in the cream cheese, shredded cheeses and hot sauce. Mix until combined. Place back in the slow cooker and place on low for 2 hours.
Serve on rolls and enjoy with a full glass of milk!
