Nick’s Picks: And Steves Picks: Is The Meatloaf Of Champions
Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Wheaties
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. milk
Method-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl lightly mix together meat, soup mix, eggs, catsup, Wheaties, and water. Shape into loaf; pack gently in loaf pan. Place meatloaf pan in a large shallow baking pan with little water in the bottom, this will allow meat to cook all through and not dry it out.
