Ingredients:
4 Cups Apple Cider
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Thin Sliced Pork Chops
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Method:
In a small pot, boil the cider until cooked down (reduced) to a cup is left. Add sugar and syrup and boil for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Combine the seasonings and season the pork chops on both sides. Sear each side in a hot skillet over medium high heat, about a minute or two on each side. Reduce heat and cover the chops with the sauce. When fully cooked and sauce is syrupy, serve!
