Nick’s Picks: Black Bean Salad
Ingredients
After our last dinner show, I received many requests for this recipe. Well, here it is!
- 2 28oz cans black beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1/2 Green Pepper Diced
- 1/2 Red Pepper Diced
- 2 Plum Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 Red Onion Diced
- 1/8 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to your taste
Method-
Mix all ingredients together and serve! It’s that easy!
