After our last dinner show, I received many requests for this recipe. Well, here it is!
Ingredients:
2 28oz cans black beans (drained, rinsed)
1/2 Green Pepper Diced
1/2 Red Pepper Diced
2 Plum Tomatoes Diced
1/2 Red Onion Diced
1/8 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Cumin
Salt and Pepper to your taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and serve! Its that easy!
