Nick’s Picks: Chicken Saltimbocca
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 – 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
- 1/4 Pound Prosciutto Very Thinly Sliced
- Fresh Sage
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
- 2 Cups White Cooking Wine
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive oil
Method-
Place a sage leaf on top of the chicken breast and wrap each one with a slice of prosciutto. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat a little oil. Place the chicken and brown on each side until golden brown. Add garlic and cook for about a minute. Add wine to de-glaze making sure to burn off the alcohol. Once chicken is fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat. Add butter and stir until melted and combined.
