Ingredients:
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce Trimmed Washed and chopped
8 Cherry tomatoes wedged
About 8 ounces of chicken diced and cooked
1 Pound Bacon Cooked crispy drained and chopped
4 Hard boiled eggs Sliced
1 Cucumber Sliced
1/2 Red onion minced
Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 Avocado Sliced
Dressing-
1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 C Canola Oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp powdered garlic
Method:
Top the lettuce with toppings. For the dressing, place vinegar in a bowl and slowly add oil while whisking vigorously. Add seasonings and drizzle over salad for a flavor boost!
