Nick’s Picks: Cobb Salad
Ingredients
Salad-
- 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce Trimmed Washed and chopped
- 8 Cherry tomatoes wedged
- About 8 ounces of chicken diced and cooked
- 1 Pound Bacon Cooked crispy drained and chopped
- 4 Hard boiled eggs Sliced
- 1 Cucumber Sliced
- 1/2 Red onion minced
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 Avocado Sliced
Dressing-
- 1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/4 C Canola Oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
Method-
Top the lettuce with toppings. For the dressing, place vinegar in a bowl and slowly add oil while whisking vigorously. Add seasonings and drizzle over salad for a flavor boost!
