Moist and delicious, sure to please!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breast
About a Cup of Ranch Dressing
4 Burger Buns or 8 Slices of bread
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Powdered Garlic
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
Method:
Trim the chicken if necessary then coat in ranch dressing over night. I use Ken’s Buttermilk Ranch, but any ranch will do! Chop the bread in a food processor until they look like bread crumbs. Place in a large bowl. Add seasoning and mix. Remove the chicken breasts from the ranch but don’t remove excess dressing. Coat in bread crumbs liberally. Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pour butter over each chicken and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. Crumb coating should be golden brown and chicken should be fully cooked through! Enjoy
