Nick’s Picks: Summertime Smoothies
Ingredients
A great way to end summer!
- 1 Cup Mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 2-3 Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
- 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Method-
In a blender, puree all the fruit and apple juice until smooth. Add the yogurt and pulse to combine.
Makes about 2 cups
