Nick’s Picks: Turkey Cutlets With Thyme
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Turkey breast sliced thin
- 1 Cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Method-
Combine the flour, salt and pepper in a pie pan. Dredge the turkey slices in the flour and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add turkey and cook on each side until golden brown. Add lemon, thyme and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer.
Serve and enjoy!
